For 5 Digits short code gateway, the sender ID will be a 5 digits numbers and it is a one way SMS only (send only). For GSM Gateway, the sender ID is a random mobile number, where by the recipient can reply SMS back to your system's Inbox, therefore you can follow up to your customer's response.

The Sender ID can be a 5 digits short code number or a random mobile number, it depends on which SMS Gateway you are using. Please login into the SMS system, goto HOME > Gateway Settings to select your gateway.

We have tested to send 100 SMS at a time by upload the CSV file without any problem. If using the "Send SMS" page, the recipient box only can enter 100 recipients.

Personalized SMS is a way that you can upload your CSV file in multiple columns, and do matching to the SMS template. Your CSV file should have 2 columns (mobile number & message).

You can generate your CSV file from MS Excel. Once all your data ready in MS Excel file, go to "Save As...", at the File Type there select "CSV File", save it at different folder will do.

150 characters for a normal text message, 60 characters for a Unicode text message (Arabic, Chinese)

You can type the long message into the system, the system will deliver it as 2 SMS message and combine into 1 message at the recipient phone. 2 SMS credits will be deducted.

All SMS credits are valid for 3 or 6 or 12 months based on the subscribed plan accordingly. You can top-up credits to bring forward the balance of your SMS Credits. The validity calculation formula is "The last reload date" + plan extend validity.

Yes, there are 8 types of SMS status in our system; there are Pending, Sent, Delivered Successful, Delivered Failed, Rejected, Expired, Unknown and Error.

Yes, we charge every SMS sent from our system. System will refund automatically for those SMS with error status in outbox.
